Prep Cook/Line Cook | Highland Park and Van Nuys

You’ll be prepping meat/veg/cheese/dough, plus working on the line. We age our dough 48 hrs and make our own fresh mozz, and fresh pasta in Highland Park. Prep is day time, line cook is evening, plus day shifts on Fri/Sat/Sun.
